The new NAV 4.0 charging system was designed and developed by SYOMEC and is composed of motorized charging tanks, a shuttle for loading and unloading the tanks, a battery preparation unit for loading the shuttle and a unit for unloading the shuttle.

hey are designed to charge car, truck and AGM batteries. You can charge up to 320 car batteries and 180 truck batteries. The structure is completely in 316 stainless steel, equipped with an exclusive motorized roller transport system that guarantees maximum reliability over time.
AREA 1A00 LOADING UNIT
Fully automated handling line in 316 stainless steel for the preparation and loading of the batteries in the shuttle. An innovative process developed entirely by SYOMEC which, through a software, allows the batteries to be charged in a completely automatic way. Consisting of conveyor belts, rotary table, single battery diverter, battery line diverter, motorized roller conveyor for loading the shuttle.
MOTORIZED SHUTTLE 4.0
The motorized shuttle is composed of a 316 stainless steel structure that moves on two tracks fixed to the ground, also made of stainless steel.The system, through is able to interact,with SWM (Syomec Warehouse Manager)The shuttle moves independently, loading and unloading the loading tanks.
AREA 3A00 UNLOADING UNIT
It receives the batches of batteries from the shuttle, sends them to the belts that act as a warehouse with a maximum capacity of 72 batteries, an electric diverter separates the batteries by sending them in the right position to the finishing line. The line is completely built in 316 stainless steel and is composed of; motorized roller conveyor, conveyor belts, step by step electric pusher, rotary table. The line is customized according to the layout.
