VRLA AUTOMATIC TEST STATION HIOKI
It has been designed to automatically perform quality control on all VRLA batteries at the end of the charge cycle.
The machine is composed of a system which, through two special pneumatic grippers that clamp the battery poles and through a computer and a dedicated software, are able to detect and analyze and memorize in a maximum time of three seconds if the battery is compliant.
The data that are collected and analyzed to certify the quality of the product are: battery type, lot number, day and time of the test, AC resistance, voltage, temperature, type of battery failure to be discarded.
All operations are performed completely automatically, the data are saved in the computer and, if required, can be printed in bar code format and applied with a special label on the battery
