TRACTION CHARGING CONTAINER – 4 PALLETS
The FCTC4 CONTAINERS are projected to load the traction elements. The container that we propose in the image, is projected to accomodate inside it, 4 special elements-carrying pallets. According to the height of the elements to load, in the tank are positioned two moving elements for each pallet, that will allow to immerse in the water the traction elements to the desired height. Each pallet is independent from the others, therefore is possible to load elements of different jeight for each pallet.
The water-cooling system with automatic control and handling, is provided of a recycle system, with close-circuit pump, in addition to a special oxigenation system, that improves the water uniformity inside each single sector, allowing the cooling process to be uniform on each element present in the pallet.
The water temperature is controlled from a temperature-probe handled by a thermoregulator that will add extra water in case of increase of temperature. A suction cup and protection doors are included with the container. There are holes on the Cup, that will allow the wires coming from the rectifier to be connected.
