SERVICE PLUG EXTRATION
The FSPEM PLUG EXTRACTION UNIT allows the automatic removal of condensate vent plugs (previously placed by the plug insertion machine) from the covers of charged batteries.
Designed to extract plugs at the same pace as the feed speed of batteries moving on the conveying line, this unit allows a linear plug extraction and prevents the acid solution from dripping over the covers of the batteries in process.
Combined with rollers in acid-resistant rubber on the underside of the machine head, this design solution eliminates all potential causes of jamming and breaking of the plugs removed.
Also designed to remove plugs normally used during the washing phase, this machine features an “automatic return” option that reduces the amount of plugs necessary for the entire production to just a few dozens per type.
