The FRC12 MOTOR-DRIVEN ROLLER CONVEYOR has been expressly designed and built for battery transfer in an aggressive environment.
Thanks to its special drive roller and robust laser-cut structure, the extraordinary reliability of this conveyor in terms of performance and durability with almost no maintenance costs required makes it the professional’s choice for those situations where an aggressive environment prevents all other applications from being successfully implemented.
The transmission from the roller to the motor drive occurs through a direct/self-aligning coupling with the pinion, which makes it integral with the drive unit. Additionally, the complete guarding of all moving parts ensures not only the protection of the drive components but also the absolute compliance of Symec’s roller conveyor with all machine safety requirements.
For added safety and convenience, the conveyor is also fitted with an enclosed stainless steel raceway for cables on the underside of the main frame.
