The FPB10 POLE BRUSHER This unit is used to remove lead oxide from the battery poles in order to favour high current discharge testing normally performed during the finishing stage.
The innovative feature consists in the brushes that are designed to accurately clean the pole while at the same time polishing the surface of the pole head. Brushes have been designed to be easily interchanged with one another and rapidly replaced by operators or maintainers.
In full compliance with environmental protection requirements, the pole brusher comes complete with a suction hood on the underside of the machine’s head for collection of lead dust generated during the brushing process.
