PLUG SCREWING MACHINE
The “FM8-6” plug screwing machine is planned to automatically apply and screw the plugs into the battery covers, both in the automotive and truck batteries.
It is able to work with plugs M18 Kamina and M27 Truck.
In order to perform this operation, it is sufficient to substitute the grip heads depending on the battery typology .
A “touch screen” graphic interface system as well as encoders for precise motion control, permit to drastically reduce changeover adjustments and is therefore extremely intuitive and easy to use.
This technologically advanced plug screwing machine is composed by two main units that work independently.
It is able to screw plugs as in the configuration:
- 6×1 automotive M18
- 3×2 truck M27
