The PLUG INSERTION MACHINE FTPR10 is used to automatically fit batteries with provisional plugs for the condensation of acid vapours normally developing inside the batteries during the charging cycle.
The insertion of these plugs allows most of the vapours to condensate, thus ensuring a reduction in:
– battery acid consumption
– emissions to be treated by the fumes collection system
– environmental pollution
– container cooling water pollution
Suitable to process all types of 6×1 batteries, this machine reaches a production capacity of 10 batteries a minute.
