MANUAL CHARGING CONTAINERS are designed and built to contain all starter batteries which need to undergo a water-cooled charging cycle.
Each container is fitted with a built-in stainless steel roller conveyor made of 3 parallel lines of idle rollers with acid-resistant bearings for an extremely smooth transfer of batteries. All containers feature an electrical panel for the control and management of cooling water introduction, level and discharge, as well as safety devices and fault-related alarms operation.
The automatic temperature control and water distribution systems enable a homogeneous cooling of batteries which results in a reduction of charging cycles by 12/14 hours.
Containers are equipped with pneumatically operated battery inlet and outlet doors, aisi 316/L stainless steel fume hoods with vertically sliding window-type ports and safety micro-switches.
