The FESC10 LINE-END SURFACE CONTROL
performs the line-end surface control on 100% of the batteries in process.
In particular, it verifies the presence and exact position of labels with a ± 1 mm tolerance.
Additionally, this machine can sense the presence of the degassing tube in Kamina-type batteries and analyses the type of scrap generated so as to rapidly determine the cause of error (no label, incorrect label position, etc.)
This machine is extremely simple to use, as its operation is based on a self-learning principle.
The first battery produced (or the one which is identified as a sample) acts as a reference for the subsequent batteries. The software compares the product in progress to the data acquired and the tolerance established during the sampling phase.
