LEVEL CONTROL
The FLC8 LEVEL CONTROL UNIT is designed to check the level of the electrolyte inside the batteries to make sure it complies with production requirements.
Fitted with special probes that are introduced in the battery for oil sensing, this machine can simultaneously control, visualize and compare parametres relating to 6 cells (level OK, high level, low level, number of non-complying cell, etc.).
The construction design together with the use of the best materials prevent any form of electrolysis of the control probes, thus increasing the machine’s reliability and accuracy.
The level control unit comes complete with a reject station where non-complying batteries are collected: this enables the operator to recover the reject products.
