The STACKER is the machine that allows, in an absolute delicate manner, the stacking of entire and single panels exiting from the oven and from the paster.
Excellent for the profit because it is able to quickly form grid packages without handling them too much granting the extraordinary result of the finished package. It is normally adjustable to the existing ovens. The speed process is accordable to the speed of the oven. The adaptation to the grids change is quick. (double or single).
Even quicker is the adaptation to changes of format inside the same shape because the machine is provided with TOUCH SCREEN PANNEL and with wide memory storage limit so, once the “recipe” is set up with name, dimensions, thickness and weight of the grid, it is sufficient to recall it to start working quickly saving time.
The use of the machine is highly intuitive thanks to the iconographic commands.
Packages discharge can be manual or done with a manipulator (optional)
