DATE STAMPING MACHINE

The FHSM10 STAMPING MACHINE stamps the battery cover with a production code which can be alphanumerical, progressive or customized. Characters of any format and height are engraved based on a hot or pneumatic stamping technology. Together with fast battery indexing, this solution results in extremely rapid machine cycles thus ensuring an output which exceeds 10 batteries a minute with the use of one head and at a very appealing cost-benefit ratio. Similarly to the kamina-type sealing machine, also this machine features a touch screen graphic operator interface that allows the user to immediately and visually identify the type of handling required together with all machine parametres, such as set temperature vs. operating temperature, stamping time, etc. An additional advantage consists in the much wider range of customization options offered by the system.
