The FBPS 6 BATCH PREPARATION STATION is designed to count and prepare battery batches destined to the loading carriage for introduction into the automatic containers.
Suitable for positioning onto a motor-driven roller conveyor
or belt, this unit is fully automated and fitted with a rotation unit to turn the truck batteries to be introduced into the water tank in the right cabling position.
In continous communication with the automatic container
loading carriage and the line supervision software through a
profibus network, this unit receives all information about batch preparation (number of batches, number of batteries per batch).
The machine’s easy operation and sulphuric-acid resistant construction are a guarantee of reliability and safe processing
