ACID DUMPER
FD8 ACID DUMPER is the ideal machine to dump acid out of all batteries undergoing a “two shot” cycle.
In 4 consecutive cycles, the liquid content is completely eliminated from each battery. This process results in a more homogeneous battery density downstream, at the end of the finishing line.
Operating according to the step-by-step principle, the dumper features a ± 180° rotating prism and is hydraulically controlled to optimize acid flow and rotation accuracy.
Designed to collect, filter and channel all acid drained from the batteries, the acid collection tank prevents leaks and accidental spills from occurring.
